Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Join our team at Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation (ACOLF) as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to celebrate and enhance the lives of children with special needs. In this essential position, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and providing direct support to our leadership team.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference. Your work will directly contribute to our efforts in bringing joy and essential life-enhancing gifts to children across Indiana. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while being part of a team that changes lives for the better.
